Archer Media offers professional aerial cinematography and photography services to enhance commercial productions, automotive campaigns, real estate projects, branded content, and cinematic storytelling.
Safety, professionalism, and regulatory compliance are at the core of every flight we conduct.
FAA Compliance
Archer Media's drone operations are conducted by an FAA Part 107 Certified Remote Pilot and are performed in accordance with applicable Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations.
All drone flights are planned and executed with a focus on safety, legal compliance, and responsible operation.
Flight Authorization & Airspace Restrictions
Drone operations are subject to FAA regulations and airspace restrictions. Certain locations may require prior authorization before aerial filming can take place.
Flights may be limited or prohibited in areas such as:
-
Controlled or restricted airspace
-
Areas near airports or heliports
-
Government facilities
-
Temporary Flight Restriction (TFR) zones
-
National parks and protected lands
-
Stadiums or large public events
-
Locations with local or venue-specific restrictions
When required, Archer Media will obtain the necessary FAA airspace authorization before the scheduled production. In some cases, authorization may not be granted, and alternative filming solutions may be recommended.
Weather & Safety
Drone operations are weather dependent and may be postponed, rescheduled, or canceled if conditions are deemed unsafe.
Examples include:
-
High winds
-
Rain
-
Lightning
-
Heavy fog
-
Poor visibility
-
Extreme temperatures
-
Other conditions that may compromise flight safety
The safety of our crew, clients, the public, and surrounding property always takes priority over production schedules.
Property Access & Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for securing permission to film on private property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
If a location requires permits, approvals, or authorization from a property owner, venue, or governing authority, clients should notify Archer Media before production so appropriate arrangements can be made.
Additional permit or authorization fees required by a location are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.
Operational Limitations
While drone cinematography is available for many productions, aerial footage cannot be guaranteed for every project.
Drone operations may be limited due to:
-
FAA regulations
-
Airspace restrictions
-
Weather conditions
-
Safety assessments
-
Equipment limitations
-
Venue policies
-
Local laws or permitting requirements
If aerial filming is not legally or safely possible, Archer Media will recommend alternative production methods whenever feasible.

Archer Media is committed to maintaining professional operating standards for all aerial productions.
Our team follows industry best practices for flight planning, equipment inspections, operational safety, and compliance with applicable FAA regulations to help ensure a safe and successful production experience.
