All services, timelines, pricing, deliverables, and project scopes are subject to separate written agreements between Archer Media and the client.

Archer Media reserves the right to decline projects at its discretion.

 
Creative Direction

Clients acknowledge that Archer Media provides creative and artistic services. Final deliverables may include creative decisions regarding:

  • Cinematography

  • Editing style

  • Color grading

  • Pacing

  • Audio selection

  • Camera movement

  • Storytelling direction

  • Motion graphics

  • Overall artistic presentation

Creative work is subjective in nature, and clients agree that Archer Media maintains creative discretion unless otherwise specified in writing.

 
Payments & Deposits

All retainers, deposits, production fees, editing fees, consultation fees, and project payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Project balances must be paid according to agreed payment terms.

Failure to submit payment may result in:

  • Delayed project delivery

  • Suspension of production

  • Cancellation of services

  • Withholding of final deliverables

Archer Media reserves the right to pursue recovery of unpaid balances, collection fees, legal costs, and associated expenses when necessary.

 
Scheduling & Production Dates

Production dates, filming schedules, editing timelines, and consultation sessions are reserved specifically for each client.

Clients are responsible for:

  • Timely communication

  • Providing project assets

  • Securing approvals

  • Attending scheduled production sessions

  • Coordinating necessary access or permissions

Archer Media is not responsible for delays caused by client inaction, scheduling conflicts, venue restrictions, weather conditions, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

 
Portfolio Usage Rights

Unless otherwise agreed upon through a written confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement, Archer Media reserves the right to display completed projects, behind-the-scenes footage, campaign content, and final deliverables for:

  • Portfolio purposes

  • Marketing

  • Promotional materials

  • Social media

  • Educational or demonstration purposes

 
Third-Party Platforms
